Personal Data Protection
Personal data submitted by the Customers is processed by INTERLINE Piotr Kroplewski, with business seat at: Wiszna Mała, Poland, ul. Szkolna 20, and correspondence address: ul. Pielęgniarska 3a, 51-180 Wrocław, Poland.
The personal data submitted to our company is used solely for purpose of agreement realization
- to send the order, and
- if the client gives consent , to inform about new products, services, and promotions offered at the store shop.interline.pl.
Personal data is not released to other entities for marketing purposes.
The right to access data:
Every client has the right to access and change own data - on websites of shop.interline.pl Your Account. After signing in, every client is able to access own data and is able to change it. Personal data submitted to us is kept and secured in accordance with regulations defined under the applicable law:
- " The law of 29th August, 1997 on the personal data protection (Consolidated text, J.L. of 2002, No 101, item 926, as amended)
- " The law of 18th July, 2002 on provision of services via electronic form (J.L. No 144, item 1204,as amended) regulation of 29th _______, 2004 of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration, on the documentation of processing of personal data, as well as technical and organizational conditions applicable to the IT equipment and systems, used for personal data processing (J.L. No 100, item 1024).
Safety of Data and Transactions.
Our company uses the safest manner, that is currently available on the market, to protect data transmission (personal data and product order data).
The transmission protocol - SSL (Secure Socket Layer v3), that is used by our company, ensures the safety of data transmission over the internet. It is a type of security based on coding the data before the client sends it from his/her internet browser, and then decoding it at the Internet Store server. The information sent from the server to the client is also coded, and after reaching the destination it is decoded.
SSL codes, authenticates, and ensures message integrity. At the moment of establishing connection (using SSL protocol) with the safe website, code keys are identified, and subsequently are used during the data transmission between the client`s browser and the Internet Store`s server. Identification of the keys and transmission by itself are both very difficult to break. After connecting to the safe website, the user is informed about it.
In Internet Explorer browser, in the right side of the status bar, there is a padlock. By clicking on it you will see authentication certificate (digital signature) of given website.
In Firefox and Opera browsers the padlock appears in the navigation bar. The authentication certificate of given website can be viewed by clicking on the padlock.
In order to check server and user authorization, certificates of identity are used in SSL. Such certificates are issued and digitally signed by one of the certificate issuers - Certification Authorities (CA). The certificate of our Internet Store was issued by VeriSign company, that earlier checked credibility of INTERLINE.
When entering the server, that identifies with certificate from one of the well known CA, there is assurance that the Server is authentic - the identity of the Server is automatically checked and confirmed during the connection. |
